Calamus essential oil helps relieve chronic pains and reduce stress and depression.
One should add about 3 -4 drops in vaporizer, and about 10 drops in case of an oil burner. When the air contains the essence of calamus, it provides many health benefits to the mind. Use almost 3 drops of Calamus oil with 4 ml of base oil or aroma oil e.g castor oil and apply it on the painful area.

Steam distilled from the Asian variety of calamus.
